Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Remodo, operated by A1Force Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What Remodo is

Remodo is a design-visualisation tool. It lets you trace a floor plan, make changes, and view an indicative 3D model, along with indicative planning checks and cost estimates for NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD residential sites. Remodo does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, planning or financial advice, and its outputs must not be used for construction, certification or development approval.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for abuse.

3. Credits and payment

Some actions consume credits. Credits are purchased through our payment provider (Stripe) in Australian dollars and are applied to your account on successful payment. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed as you use paid features. Prices and credit costs may change; changes are not retrospective.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards are granted only for genuine referrals of new users and pay out on the referred user's first purchase. We may withhold or reverse rewards we reasonably believe result from self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of floor plans and files you upload. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that they don't infringe anyone's rights.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, resell it, or upload unlawful content. Automated access outside published limits is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the credits used for the affected action.
