Refund Policy

This policy applies to credit purchases. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we don't exclude.
Consumer guarantees
If a paid feature fails to work as described, or credits are deducted due to a fault on our side, you're entitled to a remedy — we'll re-credit the affected amount or refund it. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Change of mind
Because credits are a digital product delivered instantly, we generally don't refund unused credits for change of mind. As a goodwill gesture we may refund unused credits from a recent purchase (within 14 days) where no significant usage has occurred — at our discretion.
How to request
Email sales@remodo.com.au with your account email and the approximate date/amount. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
