Privacy Policy

A1Force Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash); content you upload (floor plans, project data); payment records (we store purchase amounts and status — card details are handled by Stripe, never by us); and basic usage/technical data (log data, and privacy-friendly analytics if enabled).

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments and referrals, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example Stripe for payments, and email/analytics providers where configured), and where required by law. Projects are private to you unless you explicitly create a share link or invite a collaborator.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our infrastructure and protected with reasonable technical measures. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your projects and uploaded files. You can revoke a share link at any time.
